There are good reasons for this. These aspects of care are not well supported within our healthcare systems. Time and funding are limited. Training and resources are scarce. The focus naturally gravitates toward the tangible, while the intangible - yet essential - dimensions of care are often left unmet.
These are the parts of people’s lives that don’t fit neatly into a care plan, yet they shape everything: how people cope, what they fear, how they make decisions, and what gives their life meaning.
